Our 1 bedroom penthouse apartment is part of a luxurious complex in the popular area of the Marbella / Estepona New Golden Mile. The complex has beautiful gardens, a swimming pool and is situated next to a golf course.

Located on the top floor, this cosy and modern 1 bedroom apartment has a large outside terrace with sea view and is fully equipped with garden furniture to enjoy from relaxing moments in the sun. All parts of the apartment and complex including the bar, sauna and gym and open gardens (which are designed by Melvin Villarroel) are accessible for all guests. The complex itself is secured 24 hours a day via security at the gates. All these elements make it a perfect place for a relaxing sunshine getaway.

The kitchen of the apartment is fully functioning with a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and an oven. The living room has satellite television, so that you can enjoy television like home. The bathroom provides all modern comfort with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet and bidet. The master bedroom has built-in cupboards, a royal box spring for 2 persons and a 49 inch television. Both the living room and bedroom give direct access to the terrace. An additional 3rd person can be accommodated as there is a quality sofa bed available in the living room. Wi-Fi is available in the whole apartment so that you can stay easily in touch with friends and family during your stay. A safe is provided to keep your belongings safe.

The apartment is ideally located near hotspots at the coast such as Puro Beach, Puerto Banus and Estepona Marinas. Historical villages such as Ronda are also easily reachable and markets are organized multiple times per week. All this ensures a great holiday for people who like site-seeing, shopping or enjoying the beach. At night, you can enjoy the renowned nightlife of Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Golden Mile with its night clubs, restaurants and shops.

For animal lovers there is the wonderful Selwo Ventra African Animal Wildlife Park and the Royal School of Horse riding very close by. The Marbella area is also known as a golf paradise. There are a range of fantastic golf courses to choose from. Club de Golf El Coto is next to Sotoserena and only a few kilometres away you have La Resina golf course, Alferini and El Paraiso courses. It is possible to rent equipment.

A big supermarket and pharmacy is very close by.

In terms of parking, there is a parking space close to the property. It is easy to hire a car from Malaga airport at very reasonable rates so we definitely recommend this. The complex is around a 55 minute drive from Malaga airport via the AP-7. It's a lovely and uncomplicated drive along the coast. A car is advisable for exploring the area. The complex itself is on a bus route and buses are available on the main road (less than 5 minute walk from the complex which sits off the main road).

In short: Sotoserena is a perfect choice for those who want a quiet and peaceful accommodation, but at the same time enjoy the vibrant life of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Yes, there will be phone and email support by myself for any questions you might have during your holidays. From a practical view, there will also be in-country support to manage keys.
